As Global Engineering Quality Manager (m|f|d), you will ensure that engineering processes, designs, and deliverables meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and sustainability. Lead the development and consistent application of technical risk management processes (FMEA: DFMEA, SFMEA, PFMEA) across all project phases.
Drive digitalization of risk management through tools like cloud-based FMEA platforms, dashboards, and automated tracking systems.
Ensure full risk traceability, compliance with standards, and closure of actions using digital tools throughout the value chain.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Project Management to integrate FMEA results into design, production, and execution.
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering; advanced training or certification in FMEA, risk management, or quality (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
~7-10 years of experience in engineering quality or technical risk management roles, ideally in a regulated or project-driven environment.
~ Strong experience with digital risk management tools (e.g., APIS IQ-FMEA, Siemens Teamcenter Quality, PTC Windchill Quality Solutions, or similar platforms), data analytics, and digital collaboration platforms.
~ Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, risk management frameworks, root cause analysis, and quality planning.
~ Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
