This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering high-impact projects across digital and e-commerce solutions industry.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes aligned with business objectives. The position is offered largely remote with an on-site presence 1–2 days when needed for internal meetings.
Responsibilities
* Own full project lifecycle from concept to go-live for digital products & e-commerce solutions
* Act as primary customer contact: stakeholder management, guidance, expectation setting
* Drive transparent communication internally & externally; coordinate cross-functional teams
* Manage scope, timelines, budgets; ensure profitability & high client satisfaction
* Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to account growth
* Prepare proposals & support commercial project administration
* Monitor project KPIs (billable hours, customer growth) and report progress
Qualifications
* 3+ years digital project management experience (agency or comparable)
* Strong stakeholder management & client communication skills (German C1/native, English B2+)
* Proven delivery of digital products / web / e-commerce projects
* Ability to coordinate budgets, timelines, resources independently
Nice-to-Haves:
* Controlling or P&L exposure
* Hands-on knowledge of Jira & Confluence
