Description and Requirements
This job role includes:
1. Build and maintain executive relationships, proof through opportunity generation and reflect through professional account planning
2. Work at all levels within the customer and Lenovo organization to achieve and overachieve quarterly sales incentive targets
3. Understand emerging technologies and products and Lenovo's strategies to address them
4. Identify complex problems; work with other functions and team members to support the design and implementation of solutions which address those problems
5. Work closely with your Inside Account Manager in the acquisition of new accounts.
6. Together with the Inside Account Manager set up account plans, drive pipeline accuracy and weekly cadence reporting of forecasting, opportunity management, customer tracking and identifying and confirming ongoing sales needs
7. Report on sales activity and update in Dynamics 365
Work experience:
8. 5+ years sales experience in the IT market with a proven track record of success and a focus on workplace solutions
9. In-depth knowledge of the scope of Lenovo's products and services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
10. Broad existing business network (partner / end customer) in the area of Central Germany which will be relevant for efficient ramp up
11. Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English language
12. Understanding of sales processes, techniques and tools and use them appropriately
13. Previous experience with Dynamics 365, combined with strong Microsoft application skills, knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus

14. Master's degree
15. Ability to contact, qualify, develop and close leads face to face and virtually
16. Entrepreneurial personality, customer focused, and able to deliver exceptional solutions well beyond customer expectations
17. Prioritize customer focus, able to work under pressure of senior clients
18. Systematic, persistent and efficient when managing both time and accounts
19. Use interactive tools including chat, forums, email and monitoring to exceed customer expectations
20. Negotiation and closing skills
21. Ability to align people and influence decision making, effectively working in a matrix
22. Collaborative working style and high commitment to get the job done
