Aufgaben Industry 4.0 technologies: You identify, evaluate, and implement Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, machine learning, automation) into shopfloor processes to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and improve quality. Digital Shopfloor Operations: You implement digital shopfloor initiatives aligned with business goals and standards, while monitoring operations, analyzing key performance indicators, and leveraging data insights to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and drive continuous improvement. Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with the network, data center, and security teams, especially for OT setup, to ensure seamless operations across shopfloors. Profil Studies: You have a Master's degree in computer science, IT or manufacturing systems. Professional Experience: You have more than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a track record of implementing digital solutions or Industry 4.0 initiatives. You are experienced in designing and implementing IoT solutions for digital production environments. You have experience in working with different stakeholders across geographies. Technical Skills: You have proficiency in Industry 4.0 technologies like IoT, automation, cloud computing, sensor technologies, edge computing, etc. You have worked with MES, OT and SAP interfaces. Expertise: You have a good understanding of manufacturing processes and shopfloor operations.
