We are looking for aProduction Merchandiser (m/f/d)to join our team as soon as possible. This position is Parttime 50% and limited to 2 years.
What you can expect:
* Managing international suppliers with a focus on production.
* Communicate production updates, resolve issues, and ensure effective coordination between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
* Oversee the production process closely, from order placement to handover to the freight forwarder and arrival at the warehouse. This includes ensuring adherence to schedules, deadlines, quantity requirements, customer appointments, and inventory needs, as well as deciding on the mode of transport for all deliveries.
* Reviewing invoices and ensuring proper order closure.
* Creating insightful reports and dashboards on current production status, reasons for delays, and product availability forecasts.
* Continuously optimize processes with a focus on digitalization, simplification, and efficiency.
Your profile:
* Successfully completed degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship.
* Ideally, at least 2 years of professional experience in procurement, controlling, or production coordination.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Proficient in SAP MM/PP and BIS.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Analysis for Office (AO).
* Structured, independent, and proactive working style.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
