Your Role Own your product area end-to-end – from deep user understanding to solution design, prioritization, and delivery with measurable user and business impact Drive product discovery and experimentation to improve activation, retention, monetization and growth outcomes Shape strategy and quarterly OKRs for your area and contribute to broader product direction Partner with engineering, design, data, and leadership to ship high-quality product improvements at high velocity Design and evolve scalable product loops that strengthen user value and support sustainable growth Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate discovery, ideation, decision-making, and execution Thr\’ve in a fast-paced, learning-driven environment – shipping, iterating, and improving every week What you need to succeed 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer products or tech-enabled learning - experience with growth loops and/or subscriptions is a plus A builder mentality – proactive, hands-on, and excited to test, learn, and iterate fast Strong discovery and experimentation mindset – comfortable validating ideas quickly and running experiments Fluency with data and user behaviour – able to design meaningful analyses, interpret signals, and make decisions with evidence AI-native operator – tech-savvy and experienced using AI tools, workflows, and automations to ideate, validate, or accelerate delivery Strong product sense – able to balance user needs, business goals, and UX/design quality Excellent communication and collaboration skills – able to align teams quickly, simplify complexity, and create clarity Our Tech Stack Why StudySmarter? #J-18808-Ljbffr
