We are now strengthening our DACH organization and are looking for an Industrial Sales Manager to join our German team in the Viersen area.

Your role
As Industrial Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding Elpress’ presence across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will work close to customers, distributors and partners, acting as a trusted technical advisor rather than a traditional salesperson.
This is a role with freedom, responsibility and clear impact.
Your main responsibilities
Develop and manage our distributor and reseller network, with focus on OEM customers across the DACH region
Identify and develop new customers, partners and business opportunities
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships with a long-term perspective
Travel up to 50% within the region
Work closely with the local sales team and collaborate across the Elpress Group internationally

Is this you?
We believe you recognize yourself in most of the following:
You have solid technical understanding and feel comfortable discussing electrical applications
You bring 3–5 years of B2B sales experience within one or more relevant industries, such as:
* Electrical Machines & Transformer Industry
* Railway
* Renewable Energy (Wind, Solar, Battery)
* Automotive (Trucks)
* Defense
* An engineering background is an advantage, but not a requirement
You are self-driven, structured and motivated by building future growth
You communicate with confidence, ask the right questions and sell by solving problems
You are used to working in smaller organizations and in international environments
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy finding new paths forward
You are based in the Viersen/Düsseldorf area (preferred, but flexible) and are fluent in English
