We are looking for a Facility & Quality Manager (m/f/d) at our location in Korbach.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for planning and implementing quality standards and initiating corrective and preventive measures
* Ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements
* Monitoring storage for consistent compliance with regulations
* Planning and conducting internal and external audits (ISO 9001, other group audits if applicable)
* Organization of internal and external complaint management
* Implementation and organization of specific analyses within the framework of quality management
* Implementation and organization of training measures within the framework of quality management
* Promotion of quality awareness
* Building management, i.e., checking and ensuring the functionality of building technology through regular maintenance
* Damage management, i.e. recording, reporting, and repairing damage
* Optimization and implementation of existing and new processes with regard to safety prevention
* Fleet management, i.e. administration of the vehicle fleet (forklifts)
* Coordination of the caretaker, in particular winter, environmental, and cleaning services
* Procurement (work equipment, tools, consumables)
* Asset management
* Providing employees with personal protective equipment and implementing occupational safety measures
* Documentation and reporting
Requirements
* Completed degree in Logistics, Supply Chain management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
* Additional training as a Quality Management representative/Quality Manager.
* Professional experience in similar positions in the automotive, logistics, etc. sectors.
* Organizational skills, personal responsibility, accuracy, and a high level of technical understanding.
* Ability to analyze problems in a structured manner and find solutions systematically.
* Experience in the application and implementation of problem-solving techniques.
* Confident manner when visiting customers and suppliers, negotiation skills.
* High degree of responsibility and a hands-on mentality.
* Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and SAP skills.
* Very good English skills.
