* Technical delivery of loads & power performance projects
* Execute load measurements projects
* Apply lidar measurements to validate and optimize turbine performance on- and offshore
* Act as lead engineer and project manager for complex, large-scale assignments
* Oversee project preparation, execution, and administration
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for timely high-quality delivery
* Plan, supervise, execute installation & commissioning of measurement systems including loads, power performance & lidar equipment
* Ensure proper setup & data quality during commissioning

Your profile
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Physics or related technical discipline
* Strong expertise in loads and power performance applications
* Expertise in lidar technology application
* Understanding of standards e.g., IEC 61400 recommended practices
* Proficiency in programming/data analysis (MATLAB/Python/FAMOS preferred)
* Motivation to develop technical/commercial competence within renewable energy sector
* Fluent English communication skills (B2.2 or higher)
* Fluent German (B2 or higher)
* Willingness to travel domestically/internationally
* Valid driver's license
* Qualified/willing to complete health/safety training: working at heights/construction site work/first aid/electrical hazard awareness/confined spaces training
