Feliks started RegioHelden, a digital marketing platform for SMBs. He grew the business to hundreds of employees and exited it to a publicly listed company. Since then, he has invested in SMB tech companies like Superchat, Nelly, Quotez, Jupus, EterniTeam, and Glorya.ai.The RoleAs "day zero" CTO, you will lead software development, work closely with the founder and investors, develop AI-based products, and recruit the tech team. The role offers high responsibility and significant equity.Development of AI-powered internal productsIntegration, training, and optimization of Gen-AI/LLMs.Use of low-code platforms like Retool, Airtable, and MakeComplex process automationBuilding robust and scalable APIsContinuous improvement of backend and frontend architecture and performanceRecruiting an AAA tech teamCo-developing the product roadmap with your co-founderYou will be responsible for crafting a world-class product.You have 3-5 years of experience in start-ups in a technical role. Maybe you started a company before or you have worked in a fast-paced start-up environment.You’re highly driven and resilient, with an upbeat \"can-do personality.\"You have a thirst for learning and personal growth.
