The Project Management Office (PMO) at Lexmark is seeking a dynamic Deployment Project Manager. This role ensures successful project implementation for new or existing clients, including deploying new hardware and Lexmark’s Managed Print Services (MPS) infrastructure.
As the key interface to large clients, the Deployment Project Manager oversees projects from initiation to closure, guiding them through planning, execution, and completion phases. Responsibilities include managing assigned projects from the contract signing through to the completion of implementation.

YOUR ACTIVITIES:
* Plan, schedule, monitor, evaluate, and direct projects to ensure satisfactory implementation
* Create and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
* Establish and manage customer expectations
* Lead and manage the Lexmark Deployment and Implementation teams
* Conduct progress reviews and manage project changes
* Assist in pre-sales decision-making for timelines and budgets
* Manage scope, budget, margin, and resources
* Manage client and team relationships
* Identify risks and develop contingencies
* Produce final budget and milestone documentation
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* PMP or other Project Management certification preferred
* 2+ years’ experience - preferred in hardware deployments
* Experience in managing a project scope, budget, margin and resources would be required
* Experience working in a role responsible for managing a client relationship would be required
SKILLS
TECHNICAL COMPETENCES:
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
* Project Management, analytical, problem solving and process management skills in addition to technical attitude
* English and German language knowledge is required
