The expert will be deployed for the DokMBw projects. The goal is to make the "DokMBw2AS" solution available to all Bundeswehr users.

Your tasks
11. Coordination: Planning and execution of sub-projects with a focus on document management (DokMBw) as well as PMO activities.
12. Tooling: Project maintenance in MS Project, SharePoint and Atlassian Jira
13. Controlling: Monitoring of deadlines, milestones, budgets and delivery units.
14. Management: Controlling dependencies, risks, and stakeholders.
15. Administration: Committee work, reporting, and onboarding/offboarding of employees.
Your profile
16. Education: Completed studies in (Business) Informatics (Bachelor) or IT vocational training with 6 years of IT professional experience.
17. Professional experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management of medium-sized/complexity projects.
18. Languages: German at level C2 (certificate required if not native speaker).
19. IT tools: Solid knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), JIRA and MS-Project.
20. Soft skills: Teamwork, communication skills and reliability (will be tested in the interview).
21. Security: Willingness to travel and adherence to the list of countries (nationalities relevant to the Security Convention).
