Seeing beyond - future of medical technologyFor more than 100 years, ZEISS medical technology has been driving progress in ophthalmology and microsurgery.In ophthalmology, our solutions help to maintain and improve people's vision at every stage of their lives.In microsurgery, our solutions enable targeted interventions on diseased tissue so that small and sensitive organs continue to function optimally.Medical technology from ZEISS supports medical professionals in improving the lives of patients worldwide.The fact that our actions have a direct impact on people's well-being is what drives us every day.Your role Independently manage CSRD disclosures and EU taxonomy reporting project Track completion of disclosures and prepare management report (monthly and quarterly reports) Independently prepare audits and manage auditors' requests Monitor standards and legislations with implications for sustainability disclosure and provide the top-management with regular updates on changes Support in processes for ESG data collection and further development of indicators Collaborate with the different divisions to achieve sustainability goals and implement the sustainability roadmapYour profile Master's degree in life sciences (environmental sciences, biology, chemistry etc.), process engineering for sustainability or in sustainability/resources managementProject management work experience in multi-national large organizations2 years of management consultancy experience and in interacting with auditing organizationsKnowledge of CSRD, EU-taxonomy regulation and of common standards and norms of the ESG area (desired in addition: GHG Protocol, ISO, CDP, SBTi, GRI, etc) as well as project management methodologies (e.g. Kanban, Waterfall)Knowledge of Business Software / SaaS applications (e.g. SAP), experience with implementing BI Tools and/or building Dashboards, Apps and Action FlowsAnalytical and communication skills with a high degree of responsibility, commitment, and attention to details Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build cross-functional relationshipsSelf-driven, motivated, organized and teamplayerPassionate and Enthusiasm for sustainability aspectsBusiness fluent command of spoken and written English and German with excellent communication skills as well as the willingness to travelYour ZEISS Recruiting Team:Sabrina Rieker
