Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Digital Project Manager (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Taufkirchen.
Your responsibilities:
6. Act as focal point and support for ACE WP30 Program Management concerning Airbus DS IM Methodology, program framework creation and maintenance, ensuring transparency along the whole runtime (Reports, presentations, Facilitation of Meetings)
7. Act in team with the ACE Program Management Team, Export Control Focal Points and experts for all the requirements, ensuring service quality, development success and end user satisfaction
8. Keep a continuous alignment with the Information Systems of all the divisions to ensure the correct support to Export Control compliance
9. Adapt, customize, debug and evolve SIPLA and NCCAPA (and other systems) related to Export Control requirements
10. Work with Business stakeholders to identify the business requirements and the expected outcome
11. Work in iterative processes with the Business and validates findings
12. Communicate and work closely with business subject matter experts
13. Demonstrate the following scientist qualities: clarity, accuracy, precision, relevance, depth, breadth, logic, significance, and fairness
14. Troubleshoot and implement enhancements and fixe to systems as needed
15. Provide on-going tracking and monitoring of performance decision systems and statistical models
Your profile:
16. Completed studies in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable
17. Several Years of work experience in Project Management
18. Experience in Project Management, with PMP and Agile methodologies, PMP training
19. Experience or familiarization with IT/IS environment and Export Control is a plus
20. Knowledge in MS-Office
21. Knowledge on System integration / interfaces is a plus
22. Fluent English skills, written and spoken
23. German-, Spanish- or French skills would be a plus
