We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team in the area of network control and management. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining complex networks, including power grids, gas supply systems, and water treatment facilities.
Key Responsibilities
* The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling our networks (electricity, gas, heat, water, waste water) including pumping stations and waterworks in normal operation using a modern network control system.
* The candidate will identify disturbances or receive disturbance reports and take reliable action accordingly.
* The candidate will implement last optimization directives (electricity/gas) in the EDV system and monitor functionality (possibly manual operation).
* Surveillance of heat and electricity generation in BHKW plants and heat production in district heating power plants as well as surveillance of household connection points belong to their tasks just like forecasting operational behavior of equipment.
* In addition, the candidate will create forecasts for equipment operation.
Required Qualifications and Skills
* The ideal candidate has completed an apprenticeship as an electrician and ideally holds additional qualifications in the field of heat and/or combined heat and power plant technology.
* The candidate has practical experience in operating and maintaining supply networks and boiler plant equipment, as well as knowledge of energy, installation and heat engineering.
* The candidate has relevant experience in dispatching network control operations.
* The candidate is a team player who always presents themselves professionally and represents the company flawlessly.
* Reliability and independent work are self-evident for the candidate.
* The candidate holds a driving license class B.
