In this role you are responsible to develop our global education services strategy and internal documentation for new and current X-Ray products.
You conduct on-site/remote customer trainings for X-Ray applications. You are closely working together with our Business Lines Product Management Team (in the areas of “research and development” and “marketing”), which means you are actively involved in the development process of new products. You are actively supporting the product development process, if requested.
You hold a completed Master’s degree in medical technology or similar.
In this role, you are working in an international environment. To connect all stakeholder and drive your topics, your English skills are fluent; if you bring in further language skills such as German, French, Spanish, Chinese, or Portuguese, this is a clear advantage.
Business trips (up to 40%) are a welcome change for you since you are working on customer sites etc.
You find it easy to understand customer needs and you have passion for handing over your knowledge in a structured way. Our global team:
