Your new job includes
As a Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will inspire our B2B airline customers worldwide and drive our growth forward.
In particular you will
* act as the primary contact for our airline customers and concessionaires, expand existing partnerships, and identify new revenue opportunities
* collaborate closely with departments such as purchasing, logistics, customer order management, and accounting
* reliably achieve your targets and KPIs, contributing to the continuous optimization of sales performance
* regularly visit your customers on-site, attend events, create detailed analyses, and contribute to revenue planning
* ensure, in close coordination with category management, that a profitable and revenue-strong assortment strategy is optimally implemented as well as coordinating processes related to goods deliveries and payments
* assist in the preparation of contracts and transfer the agreed contents into operational business processes and maintain them in the system
* bring creative ideas into strategic and operational projects and actively shape them
Preferred Profile
* A completed degree in business administration or a completed commercial apprenticeship
* Several years of experience in sales, ideally in international retail or wholesale
* Quick comprehension, strong analytical skills, and proactivity
* Business fluent in German and English
* Strong communication skills, intercultural competencies, and excellent relationship-building and customer retention abilities
* Enthusiasm for travel, as you enjoy being on the move to meet customers and partners
* Ideally, initial knowledge in our product categories (perfume and cosmetics, fashion and accessories, gourmet foods)
