Lenovo is looking for a passionate, articulate, and enthusiastic Inside Account Manager (m/f/d) for our enterprise customers from 200 - 1000 employees. You will be part of an experienced team of Account Managers in the DACH Commercial Midmarket team with full responsibility for servicing this important customer group. You will report to the Sales Manager Midmarket.
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will have daily communication with C-level executives from large companies, which makes the position perfect for building a good network and advancing your career in particular, working with the heart of our customers, the datacenter sector with our innovative server and storage solutions, makes the job exciting.
Lenovo will provide you with training on our product portfolio and help you develop your account management skills.
Your role and responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop your assigned customers to maximize Lenovo's revenue and margin and expand customer satisfaction. Product selection and configuration according to customer requirements.
2. Achieve profitable revenue growth for your customer base.
3. Build strong relationships with third party vendors and partner companies as may be required to provide complete solutions to customers.
4. Collaborate with internal functions such as technical sales teams, marketing, or the delivery team
5. Work closely with field sales reps, with whom you will form a unit, and other sales teams at Lenovo to achieve common revenue and profit goals
6. Weekly reporting on account status: quarterly performance reports, forecasts, and business planning vs. target.
7. Create and follow up on proposals including pricing until project completion.
Your profile:
8. Previous sales experience minimum 2-3 years
9. Experience within the IT industry: common understanding of datacenter solutions, software or services .
10. If you know words like virtual infrastructure, hyperconvergence and storage, it rounds off our joint development perfectly
11. Customer-oriented, independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
12. Negotiating skills and motivational ability
13. Good knowledge of MS Office
14. Fluent German and advanced English, both written and spoken
15. Resilience in working in a dynamic and demanding environment
