Description
Your Role – What You Can Expect:
1. You will lead an interdisciplinary project team in the area of E/E systems for special engines.
2. You are responsible for project, budget and task planning for all topics in the development process.
3. You coordinate the requirements with the internal and external stakeholders.
4. Together with your project team, you will break down the requirements to the various requirement and architecture levels.
5. You ensure the implementation of the solution proposals developed in the project.
6. You contribute your own ideas for the optimal implementation of functions.
Qualifications and Skills:
7. Completed studies in electronics, electrical engineering or comparable studies.
8. Several years of professional experience.
9. Experience in requirements management.
10. Experience in agile development methods and practices is advantageous.
11. Experience in combustion engines advantageous.
12. Knowledge of control engineering desirable.
13. Knowledge of CAN bus systems and protocols (J1939, CAN Open) is advantageous.
14. Knowledge in the application of functional safety standards, e.g. IEC 61508 or ISO-26262 is an advantage.
15. Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams.
16. In-depth knowledge and experience in project management.
