Product Marketer (Full-Time)
Location: Munich (hybrid, on-site required)
Remote Policy: 2–4 home office days/week
Languages: German (C2) & English (C1)
Experience: 2+ years in a relevant marketing role
Salary: €45,000 – €65,000 gross/year
Bonus: ESOP and performance-based bonus possible
Contract: Permanent (open-ended)
Vacation: 24 days/year
Probation: 3 months
What You’ll Do
* Manage product marketing from start to finish (launch planning, execution)
* Turn complex product features into clear, appealing marketing messages
* Own and drive all marketing-related projects
* Develop sales enablement materials (presentations, slides, etc.)
* Coordinate with agencies, partners, and vendors
* Organize and support events (occasional travel)
* Execute campaigns: email, content, and account-based marketing
Tools & Skills You Should Know
* Project management tools (e.g., Google Slides, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Canva)
* CRM & marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot)
* Campaign, vendor, and event management
* Slide creation & sales support material
* Email and content marketing
