Role Overview The Product Manager will drive product vision, strategy and execution, ensuring that the engineering team builds solutions that meet our customer and business goals. Responsibilities Define the why, when, and what of products, leading cross‑functional teams from ideation to launch. Build product and strategy that reflects Insider’s vision, articulating business value to the team. Define and manage the release process, coordinating all activities required to bring products to market. Prioritize and own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas; benchmark market needs, competition, user requirements, and emerging technologies. Analyze metrics to evaluate feature performance and customer satisfaction, and suggest improvements. Champion a culture of high performance and collaboration, ensuring teams deliver on commitments. Drive the team to create great products that customers love. Qualifications Experience with Large Language Models—prompt engineering, evaluation, and tuning. Hands‑on LLM‑powered agentic solutions. Experience building or evaluating conversational AI channels (nice to have). 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field. Hands‑on Agile product development and cross‑functional team leadership. Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine‑tuning, hallucinations, bias, accuracy). Experience with model APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral. Proficiency with low‑code/no‑code tools and automation platforms for customer journeys. Ability to translate customer requirements into detailed product specifications.
