1. Location: Frankfurt am Main (Lyoner Strasse)
2. Office set up: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)
3. Salary: €60, per annum OTE
4. Contract: Permanent
5. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 (40 hours/week)
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses, providing proactive support, enhancing client satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
6. Manage and nurture a portfolio of clients and partners
7. Drive account management and revenue growth initiatives
8. Increase client satisfaction and retention
9. Identify upselling opportunities across products and services
10. Serve as the primary point of contact for client issues and inquiries
Skills and Requirements
11. Fluent German (C2 level) and English proficiency
12. Strong customer-focused mindset
13. Previous experience in financial services or payments is an advantage but not essential
14. Experience working with retailers or eCommerce businesses is a plus
15. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
16. Excellent time management and organizational skills
