Your job

1. Responsibility for challenging architectural projects by renowned clients
2. Passionate implementation of innovative research, education and health worlds of various sizes and typologies
3. Leading the project teams
4. Close exchange with our design studio
5. Compliance with cost, deadline and quality targets
6. Active project and contract management, budget responsibility until completion
7. Contact person for building owners and external service providers

Your profile

You are an assertive and responsible personality with a confident appearance towards all project participants. In addition, you have the necessary portion of humour, agility and enthusiasm as well as the following professional skills:

1. Diploma or Master's degree in Architecture
2. Many years of professional experience in all planning and execution phases (proven by references)
3. Sound knowledge of the coordination of specialist planners and specialists in highly installed buildings (especially research or health)
4. Strong conceptual and design skills, innovative thinking to develop outstanding architectural solutions
5. Affinity for sustainable construction, experience in timber construction is an advantage
