Your Tasks As a senior project manager (m/f/d) for solar & battery, you will be in charge of everything. You coordinate teams, check quality on site and ensure that everything runs smoothly - safely, on time and on budget. You are the face to our partners, customers and service providers and reliably bring your projects online. Responsibilities Responsibility for turn-key EPC solar or battery projects ensuring they are delivered on time, in budget and of high quality Site visits to undertake construction feasibility assessments, monitor construction progress, reviewing works against quality and contractual requirements in order to identify any deviations Coordination of all site acceptance, commissioning and performance tests Management of key project resources including engineering team, on site quality managers, subcontractors and suppliers Ensure the highest HSQE standards are always maintained Support the preparation of project tender information. Additionally, prepare subcontractor or suppliers’ specifications and scope of works for contracting Prepare progress reports and take ownership of project budget reporting Identify and escalate any risks to budget, programme or quality to Head of Project Management Develop best in class strategies, processes and teams to deliver solar and battery projects Your profile Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering e.g. Civil Engineering or industrial engineering or similar industry or similar qualification Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project or construction management industry Advanced knowledge and application of Project Management methods and processes, experience in the field of solar or battery EPC projects, good knowledge of finance and ability to act with limited supervision in the processing of finance related information/ good contract management skills IT skills: Excellent skills in usage of MS Office products, especially MS Project Excellent English skills written and spoken and good level of German skills Your skills: Self-driven, focused, results and quality oriented/ good presentation and influencing skills with the ablility to selfperform the work and drive change processes independently Willingness to travel Who we are We are a multicultural international company with a lot of team spirit.
