3D / AI Production Manager (m/f/d)
for our location in Hanoi / Vietnam
* Technical and disciplinary leadership of a motivated 3D/AI production team (Home & Living and Retail Industry)
* Oversee daily 3D/AI asset production operations, ensuring smooth delivery and efficient workflows
* Building, developing and motivating the team in Hanoi
* Monitoring, ensuring, and optimizing processes
* Organizing and coordinating between the local branch and the German headquarters
* Actively contributing to the further development of our company
* Experience in photorealistic 3D/AI visualizations of products (focus on furniture)
* Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender and/or 3DsMax, Vray
* Strong knowledge of AI image-generation tools and workflows xniyctf
* Initial leadership experience is a plus
* Enjoy working with people and communicating in a solution-oriented manner
* High social and communication skills, flexibility and reliability
