Your tasks
For our client Airbus Defence and Space in Manching, we are seeking a qualified Industrial Management MRO (m/f/d) on a temporary basis. In this role, you will coordinate industrial resources, manage risks, and ensure hangar slot availability. If you have solid experience in project management and finance, we look forward to receiving your application for this attractive location near Ingolstadt.
9. Coordination of MRO bidding processes: Ensuring industrial contributions during all project phases and coordinating the functions involved.
10. Management of industrial projects: Responsibility for operational readiness (Hangar/Slot/Event), including layout planning, logistics flow, IT infrastructure and human resources.
11. Preparation of maintenance events: Ensuring harmonized configuration management and implementation of correct delta processes.
12. Risk and opportunity management: Active management of industrial risks at plant and site level within a cross-functional team.
13. Resource management: Monitoring of production progress and provision of necessary industrial resources and tools.
Your profile
14. Completed studies (Master's or Diploma) in the field of engineering or industrial engineering
15. Extensive professional experience (over 5 years) in project management and finance
16. An industrial background is expressly desired.
17. Essential: Proven experience in stakeholder management
18. Detailed specialist knowledge in MS Office
19. Fluent English skills; knowledge of German or Spanish is an advantage.
20. Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate in complex matrix organizations.
