We’re looking for a Supply Chain Design Specialist to join our Battery Vertical – someone who thrives in process-driven environments and knows how to keep complex projects on track, on time, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Design & Engineering
1. Analyze customer supply chain requirements, data, and operational flows
2. Design Warehouse and Distribution networks including reverse transport flows
3. Develop end-to-end logistics solutions (transport flows – warehousing flows) including automation concepts
4. Scenario analysis & Sensitivity analysis
2. Costing & Business Case Development
5. Develop pricing structures, business cases (ROI, CAPEX, OPEX) and present
6. Develop P&L overviews
7. Support RFI,RFQ and commercial proposals
3. Customer Engagement & Sales Support
8. Act as Solution Design Expert
9. Present solutions to customers and stakeholders
10. Support negotiation
4. Project Support & Implementation
11. Support or lead implementation of agreed solutions
5. Innovation
12. Identify optimization opportunities (cost, productivity, service)
13. Integrate e-mobility, automation, robotics, and digital solutions
14. Stay updated on battery technologies and trends
Exemption Type Exempt (Salaried) Job Requirements
Qualifications
15. Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
16. Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or tender coordination (battery/EV sector is a plus)
17. Exceptionally organized, accurate, and structured in handling data, deadlines, and documentation
18. Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to present data clearly and concisely
19. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently under pressure
20. Excellent written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of French, German, or Chinese is a strong asset
21. Experienced in working within virtual and international teams
