Key Responsibilities
BUSINESS SOLUTIONS:
* Demand collection from BU’s, Horizontal teams and markets on ranging and merchandising process and system changes
* Create and translate user stories into requirements and system features. Break down requirements into deliverables, determining effort and Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
* Driving demand prioritization and requirement specification for collected process and system changes
* Product Ownership for new Market Suite covering Ranging, Planning and Merchandising processes for Markets within Global Brands
* Manage implementation and go-live of process and system changes as Product Owner

* Multiple years of experience on Software Product Ownership from demand collection to agile development
* Strong expertise on marketing processes, especially product creation, go-to-markets and merchandising
* Experience on Software Implementation for standard software and custom-built software
* Project management skills from initiation to closure (scoping, structuring, work planning, status reporting tools, mgmt. updates)
* Understanding of structured problem-solving methodologies
* Analytical mindset, innovative thinker and collaborator
* Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained.
* Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices.
* Strong competence with Marketing tools and business processes
