ABOUT THIS ROLEAs a Facilities Project Manager, you will support and drive projects related to our Facilities (as primary focus) and more widely, initiatives in the field of Workplace (incl. You excel at project management and enjoy to work across different functions and varied stakeholders.As a Facilities Project Manager, you will... - Manage the implementation of different projects related to our Workplace strategy for the Berlin campus- For each project, develop and execute a detailed project plan to ensure the implementation of critical projects for partners and Audible stakeholders to drive the project forward- Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks, proposing solutions and mitigating risks- Collaborate closely with the wider team to ensure alignment and effective communication across workstreams- Provide project management support for all facilities-related aspects, including budgeting, timelines, invoicing, and cost center coding- Assist the team lead as needed and provide coverage for BAU tasks during absences- Comply with all health and safety policies and proceduresABOUT AUDIBLEAudible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling.
