We are on the lookout for a Product Manager, Onboarding to join the Vendor Sales & Operations team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

1. Manage a technically demanding product area that impacts the vendor onboarding journey across 50+ countries where we operate. Your scope entails critical elements in the vendor onboarding journey, which include menu setup, device shipment, and activation
2. Collaborate with the Vendor Operations teams globally to solve their pain points, which impact their operational efficiency and productivity
3. Lead the planning and execution of long-term product strategy while setting short-term priorities for the tech squad on a day-to-day basis
4. Prioritize and manage the work of a cross-functional development team in tandem with the Engineering Manager
5. Generate insights using data to make smarter decisions and build consensus on the product roadmap
6. Manage expectations of stakeholders from 50+ countries and be transparent on progress and priorities
Qualifications
7. 4+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of driving results across multi-market or multi-country product domains
8. Experience in digitalizing and automating processes using CRM tools (, Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP Sales Cloud) by challenging the status quo
9. Track record of successfully launching and constantly improving innovative products
10. Ability to balance user needs with business priorities and provide a rationale behind your decisions
11. Exceptional interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication skills
