Product Manager - PAYBACK PAY (m/f/d)

As Product Manager of PAYBACK PAY, you will be part of a very diverse team of product managers, UX designers and developers from over 10 countries who are responsible for the smooth operation and continuous development of PAYBACK PAY. You will work on concrete solutions that meet specific business requirements and are enthusiastically received by our end customers.
YOUR TASKS
* You understand the business, partner and customer needs and design product solutions that meet these needs
* You model the technical impact of the solutions on our mobile apps, our website and the respective backend systems
* You formulate corresponding user stories and accompany their implementation up to the GoLive together with the Scrum team
* You focus on the best possible user experience and thus generate a positive impact on the entire PAYBACK ecosystem
* You know the product KPIs and iterate and optimize the product based on insights
* You are responsible for ensuring that solutions are both “valuable” and “viable”
YOUR PROFILE
* You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner for mobile payment and/or eCommerce payment solutions
* You own a good technical understanding and understand how overall systems work
* You have a strong ability and enjoy managing complexity and have a hands-on attitude
* You have already been able to design and implement product solutions that are both fun for the customer and meet the business requirements
* You are confident in stakeholder management and can weigh up different interests, mediate and find solutions
* Very good German and English skills round off your profile
