Our all-in-one platform makes managing and using benefits, such as gift vouchers, meal subsidies, leasing offers, and more. Simple, automated, and transparent for both employers and employees. In your role as Product Owner (gn), you will be the driving force behind our product development.
You’ll connect user needs, business requirements, and technical implementation - always with the goal of creating the best possible product for our customers. * Take ownership of the ongoing development of our platform, focusing on scalability, user experience, and technical excellence
* Maintain and prioritize your product backlog, ensuring requirements are clearly described and visualized
* Create user stories that deliver real value, closely aligned with customer needs
* Oversee implementation within the team, manage releases, and drive continuous product improvement
* Collaborate with product management to refine product strategy and set clear priorities
Your profile
* You have extensive hands-on experience as a Product Owner (gn) in a digital environment
* A deep understanding of B2B SaaS or B2B2C products forms the foundation of your expertise
* You develop user-centric solutions with a strong sense for UX and UI
* Agile methods and tools like Jira are second nature to you and they’re part of your daily toolkit
* You have successfully leveraged AI tools in requirements management (e.g., v0, Bolt, Lovable)
* You approach complex tax regulations in the benefits space in a structured and solution-oriented way
* You excel at moderation: bridging gaps between people and understanding both technical and business perspectives
* You communicate confidently and effectively in German and English
