About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our battery sales across multiple segments in the European market. This mid-senior level role offers the opportunity to work with Gotion's full product portfolio—including EV batteries, energy storage systems, consumer batteries, industrial power solutions, and more. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue across a wide range of applications and industries.
Responsibilities
* Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities across Gotion’s complete battery portfolio, including but not limited to EV batteries, energy storage systems, consumer electronics batteries, and industrial applications
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, OEMs, distributors, and strategic partners in Europe
* Create and present tailored proposals and product solutions to meet diverse customer needs
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
* Collaborate closely with technical, R&D, and product teams to ensure solutions align with customer requirements
* Negotiate contracts and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
* Represent Gotion at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings across Europe
* Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior leadership
* Complete other work tasks assigned by the line manager
Qualitfications
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the battery, electronics, automotive, or energy industries
* Demonstrated success in managing complex sales across multiple product lines and customer segments
* English working proficiency, German is a plus
