You acquire new customers and manage existing accounts, including key accounts such as OEMs, system integrators, and end customers across the DACH region You identify market potential through competitor and demand analysis, continuously expanding your sales territory You provide solution-oriented customer consultancy, clarifying technical feasibility and managing requirements and specifications You manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry and quotation to order fulfilment and after-sales support You collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, engineering, and management) to achieve customer objectives You build and maintain a strong network across industries, associations, and organisations, driving sales activities such as customer visits, trade fairs, and in-house exhibitions What do we offer? You have completed a technical education or degree with experience in selling technically complex products You have experience in industrial robotics sales (manufacturer, distributor, or system integrator), which is a strong plus You have a proven track record in acquiring new customers and managing key accounts You possess solid commercial understanding and a clear sales mindset You are business-fluent in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are advantageous You are willing to travel within the DACH region, including overnight stays, and both beginners and experienced candidates are welcome
