How you will make a difference:
Step into a leadership role as our Sales Manager where youll shape and grow our Staff Leasing operation in Germany! From building a dynamic team to driving direct hire, temporary staffing, outsourcing, and innovative HR recruitment solutions, youll be at the forefront of expanding our presence and making a real impact.

Team:

1. Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing team, shaping its growth and success.

2. Coordinate and optimise team activities for maximum efficiency.

3. Lead by example, taking full responsibility as a team leader to drive success.

Sales:

4. Drive customer acquisition and grow our presence in your specialist markets.

5. Develop and track compelling proposals with support from the Market Leader.

6. Nurture strong, lasting customer relationships that deliver results.

7. Be inventive in creating proposals and setting competitive pricing.

Recruitment:

8. Take ownership of customer orders and coordinate them effectively within the team.

9. Manage your own recruitment assignments, finding the right talent for the right roles.

10. Keep customers regularly informed with clear, professional updates.

11. Explore and develop new recruitment channels to stay ahead in the market.

What will make you stand out:

12. Native German speaker with excellent English skills, living in Germany.

13. Extensive recruitment experience in the German market, ideally within our specialisms.

14. Proven experience in building, coaching, and leading high-performing recruitment teams.

15. A natural talent for customer acquisition with a strong track record.

16. Ambitious, goal-oriented, and driven to deliver results.

17. Highly independent, able to take initiative and navigate challenges confidently.

18. Creative, determined, and fully dedicated to achieving success.

19. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and driving change.

20. Skilled at developing innovative recruitment strategies and exploring new channels.

21. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to influence at all levels.

22. Passionate about people, both clients and candidates, and fostering long-term relationships.
