What You Own
* Greenfield playground – define how AI supports business users from scratch
* High agency – full ownership of your product vision and AI agents
* Open source tools & modern stack – no legacy overhead
Your Mission
* Prototype and launch AI agents to monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot business & campaign KPIs
* Design automation for both demand and supply side workflows
* Work closely with users to understand where business analytics hurts – and turn pain into AI-driven flow
* Continuously improve your agents’ performance using real data and real goals
* Own the product end-to-end – from business logic to interface, from API to impact
Your Stack
* Solid background in business analytics, controlling, or sales ops
* Experience with online media, ad performance metrics, and digital KPIs
* You've built or prototyped AI-powered tools or automation features
* Love KPIs like others love cat memes
* Bonus: You’ve navigated a Sales House or AdTech ecosystem
