As a Commercial Product Owner - Website, you are responsible for the performance and ongoing development of the United Domains website and ordering process. You focus on increasing conversion rates and driving online sales by continuously optimizing the customer journey from landing page to checkout. Your work directly impacts our commercial success with SMB and enterprise customers.
This role sits within the IONOS Group and is part of a team of commercial product owners responsible for the websites and digital sales funnels of our international brands. You'll work in a collaborative, cross-brand environment while owning and shaping the future of the United Domains digital experience.

Tasks
* Own the website and ordering funnel with the clear goal of increasing conversion rates and driving online sales.
* Analyze user behavior, identify friction points, and translate insights into measurable improvements across the digital customer journey.
* Define and prioritize growth initiatives that drive performance, including UX improvements, promotional ideas, funnel optimizations, and other creative approaches to boost sales.
* Shape the product vision and roadmap for the website, and manage the backlog to ensure timely delivery of impactful features in collaboration with UX and development.
* Monitor KPIs, track performance, and report regularly on commercial results and optimization outcomes.
Qualifications
* Several years of experience in e-commerce, ideally with responsibility for website performance, ordering funnels, or subscription-based business models.
* Strong commercial mindset and analytical skills, with a track record of improving conversion rates, user experience, and digital sales performance.
* Confident in defining product vision, translating business goals into actionable requirements, and managing stakeholder expectations.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders.
* Passion for digital products, UX, and continuous improvement, paired with a hands-on, proactive mindset.
* Business fluent in German and English
* Experienced with agile methods and tools like Scrum, JIRA, GA4, and A/B testing.
