You understand client goals, co-create digital strategies, and support them through every project phase. Responsibilities Strategically advise clients on digital products, campaigns, and technologies. Identify opportunities for new projects and develop tailored offers. Co-create tailored solutions with the team—from concept to implementation. Leverage expertise in campaigning and AI to craft innovative strategies. Coordinate internal processes to ensure smooth execution with the team. Build and nurture long-term client relationships. Qualifications Completed degree in business or communications with a focus on business administration or digital marketing, or equivalent training. 5–7 years experience in account management or digital consulting, preferably in an agency. Deep understanding of digital products, online‑marketing and campaign mechanics. Interest or experience with artificial intelligence and its application in digital contexts. Proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project‑management methods, and experienced with common PM tools. Strong communication, empathy and a keen sense of client needs.
