Beyond standard building features, our projects demand specific and advanced knowledge, and you will be crucial in delivering total success to green‑ and brown‑field projects. What you will do Manage and lead large‑scale projects in a multi‑stakeholder environment throughout the complete project life cycle, supporting our multinational clients to make the best value decisions. Develop, lead, and manage the team during project development and delivery. Initiate projects together with clients, coordinate stakeholder input, analyse and appraise production solutions, prepare project briefs and business cases, and gain necessary approvals within the client’s organization. Take charge of all project controls: planning, cost control, project administration, and contract management. Operate in an international context and anticipate short, medium, and long‑term travel. Lead projects with short lead times. Work primarily on German projects; knowledge and/or experience on the German market is preferable. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion. Coordinate project resources, including internal team members, external vendors, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution. What you bring We seek an entrepreneurial, results‑driven individual with a proactive, positive, and flexible problem‑solving attitude. Qualifications as a professional project manager, along with certifications such as IPMA or Prince, are desirable. A robust international network and a track record in managing medium to large‑scale projects are essential. A background from a Technical University (civil, mechanical, electrical). Over 6 years of experience in the woon management of multidisciplinary design and engineering and construction projects, preferably in the datacentres or other relevant sectors. Affinity with digital and automated design and engineering processes (BIM360, CDE). Excellent knowledge of the English language (and German). Previous employment by a design and engineering company, which would be an advantage.
