Your Role as a Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:
* Manufacturing Screen Tapes and Filling Liquids
* Developing Ideas for continuous improvement of production workflows
* Monitoring and ensuring smooth material flow
* Conducting regular Quality Checks and performing simple troubleshooting
* Maintaining a clean and inspected production environment
Your Profile
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Initial experience in production; cleanroom experience is a plus
* Good manual dexterity, non-smoker, and no makeup
* Willingness to work in shifts (early or late)
* Proficient in German, at least B level, both spoken and written
* A strong team player with reliability
