Job Description About your tasks: Strategy: Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for all Retail Media Ad Solutions in close collaboration with the Director for AdTech and MarTech as well as the Retail Media business team. Roadmap: Drive the further development and optimisation of our onsite and in-store retail media products, developing the roadmap jointly with Product Director, ensuring a comprehensive strategy from both a business and product perspective. Backlog Management: Gather stakeholder requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog to deliver incremental value and meet market needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data analytics, sales teams, and the Retail Media business team to translate business requirements into actionable product initiatives. Performance Tracking: Establish product KPIs, regularly analyze performance metrics, and refine product features to improve ROI and user engagement. Market Research: Monitor competitive landscapes, industry trends, and emerging technologies to ensure market relevance and drive continuous innovation
