Become a Specialist for Fresh Meat Products
As an apprentice in our markets, you will not be involved in slaughtering. Instead, you can expect the following tasks:
* You will assist in the production of sausages and ham: You will accompany the entire production chain, starting with the dismemberment of delivered meat parts and their proper further processing.
* Specialties: The production of ready-to-sell roasts, skewers, and other specialties, as well as marinating is part of your tasks.
* Service: You will advise customers on fresh sausage products and meat products.
* Quality Management: You ensure high quality and hygienic safety in all production steps and sales.
Requirements
* Secondary school certificate: As a prerequisite for admission, you must have at least a secondary school certificate.
* Foodie: You bring a passion for meat products.
* BWL: You are interested in business processes.
* Sales talent: You have a good understanding of sales techniques to increase sales and promote customer loyalty.
* Organizational talent: You can organize yourself independently.
* Motivation: You are highly motivated and show willingness to take action.
