Job Description
* Drive sales initiatives tightly aligned to market realities and group targets
* Identify, quantify, and act on sales trends and performance gaps using rigorous market and data analysis
* Own sales forecasting and reporting end-to-end: Targets, dealers, tools and clear accountability for results
* Deliver concise, decision-ready insights to stakeholders. Escalate blockers and push corrective actions fast
* Apply your experience to mentor team members and support projects
* Work cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, BI, Marketing)
Qualifications
* Working experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy & Operations or in a dynamic, fast-paced international scale-up environment
* SQL knowledge, experience using GSheets and other tools to manipulate and analyze large, complex data sets, CRM experience is a plus
* Excellent organization skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
* Fluent in English, other EU languages are a plus
