We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join our team and drive growth in the field of inspection technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, managing projects from initial inquiry to completion, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives.
Your mission
* Develop and expand customer relationships within your assigned region
* Provide end-to-end project support, from initial inquiry to final acceptance
* Contribute to both strategic and operational sales planning
* Implement sales promotion activities, including product presentations
* Conduct market and potential analyses to identify growth opportunities
* Collaborate closely with other Sales Managers throughout the sales cycle
Your profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent qualification
* Proven sales experience in mechanical and plant engineering, ideally in international project business
* Experience in the international glass industry or with inspection machinery
* Strong expertise in developing and implementing sales strategies
* Solid understanding of different sales channels and their optimal use
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus
* High willingness to travel and strong intercultural competence
* Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a confident presence
