We are looking for a new Product Manager (m/f/d) Legal, M & A, Public Funding and Contract Expert team.
What you do
2. You manage the preparation, negotiation, and finalization of contracts regarding partnerships, sub-licensing, sub-contracting in close alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners.
3. You support M&A including providing a background dossier on companies.
4. You monitor relevant new public funding projects in alignment with product management and engineering department.
5. You oversee and manage the entire application process for public fundings, including documentation and status reports.
6. You ensure correct financial handling of public funding in coordination with Controlling.
What you bring
7. You have a degree in law or related area and a solid understanding of international business law, including specifically German business law.
8. You already have strong knowledge of German Government legal processes, such as public funding processes, mergers and acquisitions, transfers, etc.
9. You have proven experience in German and English contract management, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing agreements with partners and subcontractors.
10. Your fluency in German and strong command of English complete your profile.
