Duties and Responsibilities:
1. New customer acquisition
2. Building and developing long-term, trust-based partnerships with customers
3. Achieving sales targets through strategic planning and business development
4. Leading negotiations with key decision-makers
5. Maintaining accurate documentation and data in the CRM system
6. Presenting products and representing the company at national and international trade fairs and congresses
7. Project management in close collaboration with application specialist
Requirements:
8. At least 3 years of sales experience in the medical devices or medical consumables sector
9. A clinical/medical background is an advantage
10. Experience with Salesforce is a plus
11. Strong medical understanding and knowledge of hospital workflows
12. Willingness to travel at least 70% of the time
13. Fluent German and good command of English
14. Ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions
