Your mission Our software breaks new ground in automation and enables companies to rethink automation strategies across both IT and OT. Projects help both our customers and Wandelbots to implement these strategies, continuously evolve Wandelbots products based on customer needs, and build strong partnerships. As a Project Manager in the Project Team, you are responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of customer projects. You act as the central interface between customers and internal teams such as Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. What You Will Do End-to-end project management of customer projects (planning, execution, monitoring, closure) Take full ownership of projects Define project goals, milestones, and deliverables Manage risks and stakeholders Ensure quality, budget, and timelines Continuously improve project processes Coordinate interdisciplinary teams (Software, Robotics, Customer Success) Translate customer needs to Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams Support the development of solution approaches to meet customer needs Communicate with national and international customers Ensure smooth communication flows Support the development of strong partnerships during project execution Your profile Experience & Background Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field Several years of experience in project management, preferably in a software or tech environment Proficiency in applying different project methodologies (from predictive to agile) and tools Strong understanding of software products and technical concepts Proven experience managing customer projects (B2B) Skills & Strengths Structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven working style Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in ambiguity and shaping clarity Ability to act as a facilitator and connector Excellent German and English skills Mindset Proactive and forward-thinking Stress-resistant and resilient Pragmatic and structured Keeps the bigger company picture in mind What success looks like in this role Projects strengthen Wandelbots’ market positioning and partnership relationships Each project contributes to enabling customers to work with the Wandelbots product and unlock its full potential Each project contributes to further developing Wandelbots’ product in line with customer expectations Why us?
