YOUR TASKS - BECOME A GAME CHANGER
Management of projects from conception, development work, verification, manufacturing, validation and ultimately product commercialization, in accordance with Hygiena’s Product Commercialization Process (PCP).
Leads multi-national / cross-functional teams by conduction regular project core team meetings.
Tracks and reports performance to project plans and budgets. This includes project risk tracking, management and reporting.
Represents the projects and the project core teams in front of the Project Approval Committee (PAC) and the Leadership Team (LST). Prepares and presents comprehensive project reviews and status reports. This includes the presentation of the project at stage gate reviews to the management.
Assists in continuous improvement to our project management and product development process. Handles various other duties as delegated by the Director of Global Program Management.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Life Sciences, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Microbiology or related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience as project manager of innovation projects using a stage-gate process
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
Knowledge of Microsoft Project / Project Online or similar web application
Very good German and English skills, additional languages (Spanish, French) preferred
Must be able to efficiently lead interdisciplinary and international teams in a dynamic project environment, adapting with agility and guiding through ambiguity
Occasional international travel is required
