Aufgaben Your tasks: As a sales representative (m/f/d) in the field, you will be the first point of contact for our customers from industry and medium-sized companies. You will actively contribute to the company's growth by supporting existing B2B customers and acquiring new ones. Our customers already include well-known companies from the mechanical engineering, automotive, steel, food and beverage and manufacturing industries, including BMW, Siemens, Bosch and Daimler. Independent support and development of your sales area New customer acquisition and reactivation in the manufacturing industry Implementation of sales and marketing strategies Close cooperation with the office staff and other specialist departments Participation in trade fairs and customer presentations Independent route planning and reporting of sales activities using CRM and forecasting tools – full responsibility for your appointments Profil What you bring to the table: Experience in B2B field service, ideally in industrial automation or technical sales Completed commercial or technical training or comparable qualification Strong communication skills and negotiation skills High level of self-motivation & structured way of working Willingness to travel within Germany & Europe Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage Valid car driver's license & residence in the sales area Wir bieten Why Radwell?
