Reporting to the European Sales Director, your main responsibilities will include:
* Managing European customers relationships: Build and maintain long-term partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Promoting innovative solutions: Highlight our sustainable and advanced technologies to meet customer needs and anticipate market trends.
* Coordinating commercial offers: Draft, negotiate, and finalize tailored proposals, particularly for tenders.
* Overseeing client projects from A to Z: From initial contact to delivery, including payment management and after-sales support, while coordinating with internal teams (factories, sales admin, after-sales service).
* Organizing customers visits: Conduct regular visits to our production sites (Business Units) and support equipment commissioning to demonstrate our expertise and ensure satisfaction.
* Conducting strategic market intelligence: Monitor industry trends, track competitors, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Driving commercial performance: Achieve revenue and profitability targets across your client portfolio.
